Trained as a visual artist, Callie brings an artistic approach to both food and prop styling.

As a life-long cook turned food stylist Callie aims to create dishes that have a nonchalance - never fussy or contrived. Specializing in tabletop, her vast prop library features many of her own hand-made ceramic dishes, textiles and custom surfaces.

Callie recently collaborated with her partner chef Eric Johnson to design two interiors, for their restaurant Stateside, and cocktail bar Foreign National in Seattle, Washington.
